At EchoGram, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by EchoGram and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our application with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in EchoGram. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this application.

Information we collect

EchoGram does not share users' information, nor does it sell it. There is no account creation required by us, so all your user data is kept securely on your device. You have full control over your data and can clear this data or uninstall the app at any time.

EchoGram connects to Telegram's API for login purposes and to stream your media. We ask for Telegram login through the official Telegram API and fully respect Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) through the official Telegram application. We do not store your phone number, private messages, videos, or account credentials on the device or on any external servers. Everything remains secure between your device and Telegram's official infrastructure.

How we use your information

Because we do not collect personal information on our servers, our use of information is strictly limited to the local operation of the app on your device. Furthermore, EchoGram has no third-party SDKs that take information from your device.

Log Files and Third-Party SDKs

Unlike many other applications, EchoGram does not use third-party SDKs that collect data or log files from your device. Your usage remains private and localized to your device and your direct connection with the Telegram API.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

EchoGram does not sell or share any of your personal information. Since we do not collect your personal data on our servers, there is no data for us to sell or share.

GDPR Data Protection Rights

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Because EchoGram does not collect or store your personal data on our servers, your data is already fully within your control. You can exercise your right to access, rectify, or erase your data simply by clearing the application data on your device or uninstalling the app.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. The EchoGram application is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older (mostly because of in-app purchases). We do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children or anyone under the age of 18.
